Editorial Guidelines:

Each Editorial Board member plays an important role to propel the journal quality. Below is a brief description of Editor roles and responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities of Editors

  • The First important task of the editor is to decide whether the manuscript is suitable for publication / Not.
  • The decision of the editor should be unbiased in any circumstances.
  • The Editors contribution will add great value to the journal.
  • As the board member of the journal, the editor must be aware of the risk of conflicts while handling the manuscripts.
  • If Editors are satisfied with the content & quality of the article then editors should recommend it for the further publication process.

Benefits for Board Members

After joining as a board member in a journal, we will provide a board member certificate. 
The most important step in benefits is “Each & Every issue of the journal will start with the Editorial given by the Editors / Reviewers”.

Reviewer Guidelines:

Manuscripts that are submitted are typically examined by two expert reviewer (or more). The recommendation of whether an article should be accepted, altered, or rejected will be sought from peer reviewers.

  1. Present your perspective regarding quality of the article and provide the area of the article to be upgraded.
  2.  Outline the strengths and weaknesses of the manuscript.
  3. Put forth your valuable suggestions to the author on how to improve the article.
  4. If the article is worthy of rejection in your horizon, please explain the grounds on which the conclusion is posed.
  5. Reviewers are requested to avoid any personalized statements that may be considered as biased.
  6. The reviewers need to maintain confidentiality throughout the peer review process.
  7. Reviewers are not allowed to make use of any confidential information from the paper prior to publication.
  8. Even after publication, reviewers are allowed to use only the published data but not the content that they have gained from previous drafts during peer review process.
  9. Reviewers are requested to perform the peer review with ensured uniformity and impartiality.
  10. We request reviewers to complete the peer review analysis within the stipulated time period.

Author Guidelines:

Publication Criteria
We request the authors to meet the essential criteria before submitting their manuscript so that it enables us to carry on the further process conveniently without delay. Authors are requested to make sure that their article adheres to the following guidelines.

 

Article Categories

Original/Research Articles: The Research/Original article Reports of data from original research.

Reviews: Comprehensive, authoritative descriptions of any subject within the scope of the journal. These articles are usually written by experts in the field who have been invited by the Editorial Board.

Case reports: Reports of clinical cases that can be educational, describe a diagnostic or therapeutic dilemma, suggest an association or present an important adverse reaction. Authors should clearly describe the clinical relevance or implications of the case. All case report articles should indicate that informed consent to publish the information has been granted from the patients or their guardians.

Commentaries: Short, focused, opinion articles on any subject within the scope of the journal. These articles are usually related to contemporary issues, such as recent research findings, and are often written by opinion leaders.

Methodology articles: Present a new experimental method, test or procedure. The method described may be new, or may offer a better version of an existing method.

Letter to the Editor: These can come in one of three patterns: a thorough re-examination of a previously published work, a thorough rejoinder from the authors of the original publication, or an essay that might not cover “standard research” but might still be of interest to readers.

   Requirements for submission:

  • Authors are requested to submit manuscripts in Microsoft word file.
  • Articles should be submitted along with the Cover Letter.
  • The Article should not exceed  40 Pages.
  • Article should contain high resolution images, Editable tables and flowcharts.
  • The Entire article should be in editable format.
  • References should not exceed 60 and it should follow MLA style of referencing.
  • Authors are requested to include reference numbers in the text part of the article.

Cover Letter

The cover letter should include the manuscript title, corresponding author complete institutional address etc.

The corresponding author should clearly state the approval of co-authors for manuscript submission and also stating that the article has not been published elsewhere previously and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Waiver and Withdrawal Policy

The Journal places the highest value on the calibre of scholarly contributions and does not let budgetary constraints to prevent the publishing of a quality article from having a greater impact. If there isn’t enough money set aside for publication (for real reasons) and/or if the author(s) are from a developing or underdeveloped nation, they may be given the chance to publish their work with a special discount or a partial waiver of the article processing fee, as determined from time to time by the managing editorial team of the journal. On particular occasions, like open access week, partial waivers and discounts are also valid.

The article should be withdrawn within 7 days. Author need to pay withdrawal Charges after 7 days for withdrawing the manuscript.

Article Processing Charges (APC):

Nobel Science Publisher, it is a self-supporting organization and does not receive funding from any institution/government. As a result, only processing fees from authors is used to run the Journal. The handling charges are necessary to cover the journal’s upkeep. The articles in Journals are freely available online because it is an Open Access journals, therefore subscription fees are not required. Article authors must pay a reasonable handling fee for processing their articles. There are no submission fees, though. Only after their paper has been accepted for publication are authors obliged to make payment.

Nobel Science Publisher charges a nominal Publication fee of $399 (Inclusive of all taxes) to be paid after the acceptance of article for publication.

Average Article processing time (APT) is 2-3 weeks.
